It is extremely important that we, as childcare professionals, speak to parents on a regular basis through Progress Reviews meetings, when the child has reached a milestone or if you have a particular concern or question about your child. At 3-4-5 British Nursery School we have always prided ourselves on these positive relationships and communication, which is usually the key factor when interacting with parents.
